"Decent quality, but pricey"
The quality is fine, so I’m not saying it’s bad or anything. I just feel like the prices are a bit too high for what you get. Maybe it works for other people, but for me, it’s hard to justify paying that much.

Simple overall, no annoying back and forth, so I was happy with the experience

I felt like I was waiting forever for my order to show up. What made it more annoying was dealing with the automated updates and bot replies that didn’t actually tell me anything useful. I just wanted a real answer from a real person

I ordered a lamp and a few small decor pieces from Bouclair, and the package showed up quickly!! Everything inside was wrapped really well, which was a relief. One corner of the outside box was a little dented, but thankfully nothing was broken or scratched. The fragile items had plenty of padding too, so that was great. I’m giving 4 stars only because the box felt a bit too big for what I ordered, but overall the packaging was solid!!

"Pretty smooth checkout, just a little sluggish"
I ordered a few home decor pieces from bouclair the checkout was mostly fine. The shipping options and taxes were shown clearly before I paid, which I appreciated because I’m so tired of having to dig around or contact support just to understand the final cost. The only annoying part was that the page slowed down when I was entering my card info, so I had to sit there and double-check that the order actually went through. I did get the confirmation email right away, so that was a relief. Overall, good experience, just not totally seamless

"Nice home finds, just wish more was in stock"
I popped into Bouclair looking for curtains and maybe a couple decor pieces, and they had more than I expected. There was a good mix of styles too, not just the same look over and over, which I really liked. It was easy to browse and I found a few cute things for my place. The only reason I’d say 4 stars is because a couple items I liked were out of stock or only had limited colours left. Still, I did find some nice stuff and I’d defintely check back again.
"Prices Felt Too High"
I was browsing Bouclair.com for a few home decor items, but the prices felt steep compared to other places I checked. Even some of the basic stuff seemed more expensive, and the sale prices didn’t make enough of a difference. I ended up buying the same kind of items elsewhere for less. Overall, it was kind of an avoidable disappointment.

"Looks nice, but didn’t hold up great"
I got a coffee table from bouclair it looked nice at first. But after a few months, the top started peeling a bit and the legs feel kinda wobbly now. It’s not like the worst table ever or anything, but for what I paid, I was expecting it to hold up better.

"Refund was way faster than I expected"
I had to return an order and I immediately assumed it was going to be one of those annoying refund situations, but Bouclair.com surprised me. The money was back in my account within a couple days, and I didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone. Super easy experience.

I stopped in to ask about curtains, and while the store seemed like it probably had some decent options, the staff barely acknowledged me. I felt like I was interrupting them just by asking a question. Maybe it was an off day, but I ended up leaving without buying anything and don’t really see myself going back.

"Looks Nice, But Assembly Was a Bit of a Struggle"
I ordered a small shelf from Bouclair and now that it’s finally put together, it actually looks nice. But wow, getting it assembled was more frustrating than I expected. A few of the holes didn’t line up quite right, and the instructions weren’t exactly crystal clear, so I spent way more time on it than I planned. For the price, the quality is okay and it does the job, but I definitely wish putting it together had been a smoother experience.

"Honestly, it went better than I expected"
I ordered a few home decor items from Bouclair.com and, to be fair, everything showed up exactly how I chose it online. The colors, sizes, and quantities were all correct, and there weren’t any missing pieces or random mix-ups. Even the delivery box was in good shape. "Late Delivery Again and No Real Help"
My order showed up late again, and the tracking was basically useless the whole time. I reached out to support hoping someone could actually look into it, but all they told me was to wait. At this point, I’d want this escalated to someone who can explain why this keeps happening, because it’s really frustrating. I won’t be ordering furniture from here again.

The shipping fees were way too high and kind of ruined the whole purchase for me. When I reached out, I just got one of those canned apology responses that sounded like it was copied and pasted, which made it even more frustrating. I would’ve appreciated an actual explanation or some real effort to help.
